The International Festival of Choral Song in Miedzyzdroje has been taking place since 1966. In 2012 its 47^th edition will be held.

The festival is organized by:

• Polish Association of Choirs and Orchestras in Szczecin
• the Municipal Council of Miedzyzdroje
• Friends of IFCS Association

The festival is a part of the calendar of the Polish Ministry of Culture and National Heritage
international events. Moreover, it is to be found in the World Union of Choral Music register in New York, it is also a member of the International Choral Network - International Contests and Festivals Association in Europe.

It cooperates with the International Organ Music Festival in Kamien Pomorski.

The festival is held under the patronage of both the Minister of Culture and National Heritage and the Marshall of West-Pomeranian Province.
